Please take note that the person who fills out this form must be the designated boat driver and assume full responsibility for the vessel during the 2025 rental period. Furthermore, prior to embarking on the rental, it is mandatory to attend a 15-minute safety video at the marina. Thank you.

PONTOON 8 Person The weight limit set by the U.S.C.G is 1590lbs for people and gear.
The person driving the pontoon is required by the Indian Lake borough Ordinance to have a Pennsylvania Boating License with them the day of the rental (including individuals born prior to 1981)

3 Days $1,050(Starts at 10 am Ends at 9 am)

5 Days $1,600(Starts at 10 am Ends at 9 am)
1 Week $1,850(Starts at 10 am Ends at 9 am)
Rentals are not permitted to tow anything with pontoon such as tubes, Skiers, Wakeboard, and any other type of towable. Also, fishing is not permitted per Indian Lake Borough Ordinance.

- 6 % Sales Tax and Fuel are not included in the above rates.
- Daily Rentals are for a period of 23 hours.
- There will be no refunds due to the weather or the lessee's change of plans.
- **A Credit Card is needed to reserve, nothing will be charged untill the day of rental, if you are a no show or cancel within 5 days of the reservation you will still be charged the full rental amount**
- Boats returned after the scheduled return time will be subject to a minimum of $25 late fee per 1/2 hour.
- Boats returned to us unreasonably dirty will be subject to a cleanup fee of $100.00. This includes fishing dirt, food, and other trash
- Life jackets and safety equipment are provided
- Lessee assumes all responsibility for damage to boats, equipment, personal injury, property damage, and all citations while leased.

- We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for the reservation fee.

- All rentals start with a full tank of fuel and must be refueled prior to returning the boat at the end of the lease by the lessee. FUEL MUST BE PURCHASED FROM INDIAN LAKE MARINA.
- The operator is not allowed to be under the influence or consume alcohol or narcotics.
- We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone. And the right to revoke a rental for any reason.
- Rental is not permitted to tow anything with pontoon such as tubes, Skiers, Wakeboard, and any other type.
